Milestones

Founded in 2002, we have a track record of organic growth fueled by our globalization and diversification. We first expanded to Latin America and gradually established a global presence focusing on emerging markets. At the same time, we diversified our business to mobile marketing and mobile money.

2002

Foundation

Diogo Salvi and a group of entrepreneurs founded our company, a provider of mobile entertainment to European mobile carriers.

2003

Development of neo and internationalization to Latin America

We developed the first modules of neo, our proprietary technology platform.

We expanded to international markets by launching our Latin American operations.

2004

Diversification to direct-to-consumer mobile entertainment

We launched own portals for direct-to-consumer distribution and monetization of mobile entertainment.

2005

Opening of our first international office

After more than a year of successful operations in Latin America, we opened our first international office in Colombia and later that year in Argentina.

2006

Consolidation of our operations in Europe and Latin America

We opened more offices in Latin America (Chile) and Europe (Turkey).

2007

Expansion to Middle East and Asia and further consolidation of our operations in Europe and Latin America

We expanded to Middle East and Asia by opening offices in United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan and Hong Kong.

We opened offices in two large and high potential Latin America countries (Brazil and Mexico) and in Poland. 

2008

Diversification to Mobile Marketing and expansion to Africa

We launched our mobile marketing activities in several countries.

We further expanded our footprint in Europe by opening offices in Spain and opened our 1st African office in Mozambique.

2009

Enhancement of our Mobile Marketing portfolio and consolidation of our presence in Latin America and Asia

We launched new mobile marketing solutions aimed at the creation and profiling of mobile consumer databases.

We consolidated our presence in Latin America and Asia with the opening of offices in Peru, Nicaragua and Malaysia.

2010

Development of Mobile Money activity and consolidation of presence in Europe and Africa

We widened our mobile money activity.

We consolidated our presence in Central and Eastern Europe by opening offices in Russia and Serbia and in Africa by opening offices in Algeria and Angola.
