I am a Marketing Manager, currently managing TIMWE’s Partnership with Electronic Arts (EA) for LATAM.
I work at TIMWE since 2007, and it has been a journey full of adventure! Over the last year, I managed some of TIMWE´s biggest Interactive Marketing Campaigns in Brazil and the results achieved made me very proud! Also, I was involved in negotiating and closing TIMWE´s partnership to deliver exclusive EA contents for mobile carrier billing, all over LATAM countries, and that was a huge mark for me.
I was assigned to the Brazil office in São Paulo for 3 fantastic years!
As the Head of IT Architecture I am the responsible for the Enterprise IT Architecture in our company where I need to oversee the architecture of our IT projects on a global scale and deliver wide vision between all projects and products architectures.
TIMWE provided me the ability to grow as a person and as a professional. I was able to raise from a junior role to my current position and I always felt rewarded for the effort I applied to the company.
I see myself as a hard-worker with high commitment and always delivery-oriented. Some colleagues tell me I always want to “save the world”. At least I try.

My day to day responsibilities involve Device Management, Content Provider Integration, Project Management of NeoM3 (CMS) and Content Development.
Recently, a big project in Malaysia has been a very successful project for me. The project required extensive developments to our CMS platform, integration with over 30 content providers and all within a demanding time-frame.
I’m the Marketing & Operations Manager for the South Cone Region. I’m also running the Tech Services opportunities in the Region, leading Managed Services & Platform Delivery projects with teams working inside the operator’s premises.
During the 4 years I’ve been in TIMWE, we implemented many great projects in completely different product areas. However, there were two that were the most memorable: The Megapromo for the World Cup 2014 in Claro Argentina, with more than 1 million users; and the IT Managed Service in TIGO Paraguay, which was our first Tech Service project in LATAM.
I’ve been always a problem solver, from puzzles to complex issues at work, or even broken appliances at home. I’m passionate about technology and love participating in the development of technological products inside technological companies, aiming to create value not only from products itself but also as a result of outstanding processes and teams.
