TIMWE Group won Best Digital Experience for Self-care (Ooredoo Oman) Application

TIMWE Group won the award for the Best Digital Experience category at the CX Awards for the Self-care (Ooredoo Oman) Application.

This app gives our customers more control over their accounts and convenient access to services and transactions that would normally be done with the Contact Centre or Ooredoo store.

Is an important step towards a fully convergent interface, catering for users self-care needs, whilst intelligently and proactively offering additional features.
