COMPONENTS

ADMINISTRATION
The NEO M3T Server features a number of administrative capabilities for dealing with content submission and approval, and categorizing. Also multiple partners can submit content to the platform, allowing the administrator to easily create multiple channels (WAP, imode, SMS etc.), allocating content from multiple sources. As new devices become available, their unique capabilities can easily be added to the platform.

REPORTS
Events from all components are collected and subscriber usage is tracked. Neo includes a reporting subsystem, which supplies all information in a status report format containing the number of content downloads, time of each download, and subsequent usage. These reports can be deployed to the reporting web tool interface, and can also be customized to be sent by email.


AUTOMATIC DEVICE RECOGNITION
In order to deliver the best content format for each device, all services are based on device recognition. NEO M3T 2.0 has an intelligent content selection system based on automatic device recognition which includes the identification of the User Agent of each device.

SEGMENTATION
NEO M3T 2.0 has a segmentation tool able to adapt content to user properties. Basic segmentation is automatically applied using device recognition. Also, site content is shown dynamically based on the device's properties. Content categories like Top Ten or New show the most downloaded content and the new content available for the user's device. By making use of a similar rule-based system that is already used for device properties, NEO M3T 2.0 supports the segmentation of targeted groups defined by marketing teams and product managers and based on user profiles, user experience, most purchased content or special content and categories. Segmentation is based on device and user recognition and results in the presentation of different content, categories or WAP sites to different groups.

BILLING INTEGRATION
NEO M3T 2.0 has specific connectors that allow a faster integration with mobile operators. In particular, Billing Connectors can integrate SMS, MMS, WAP and other billing events. NEO M3T 2.0 supports a variety of billing mechanisms for the delivery of data to subscribers. It can interact with external billing systems at the pre- and post-download phases of service delivery.
