Ricardo Carvalho is Regional Manager for America. He has worked in the technology and content business for 12 years as an entrepreneur. During 2002 and 2003 he acted as an independent consultant for Mobile Business, developing the strategy for Movensis in B2C areas and the SMS premium partnership with Portuguese operators. During 2000 and 2001 Ricardo was an advisor to Cofina for CRM and media & internet issues. Founder of the internet portal infordesporto.pt, he was responsible for the provision of sports content to pagers, mobile phones and internet. |

João Pedro Montes is the Worldwide General Manager for Match-Making, Mobile Marketing Services and Web Projects. He has spent his career in business development, marketing and corporate finance. He joined from Pfizer where he spent the last 4 years in New York and Lisbon as Business Development Director. Prior to that, João worked for Wyeth Consumer Healthcare in New York as Business Development Director; Texaco in Colorado as Director of Corporate Development and Finance; and Andersen Consulting in Madrid. He has a BA from University of Lisbon, and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration of the University of Virginia. |

António Fouto is TIMwe’s CFO, responsible for Accounting; Planning & Control; Human Resources, Treasury and M&A. He has spent most of his career in Portugal Telecom; first at SGPS, from 2001 to 2004 on strategy and business development area; then in 2004 (to 2008) he became Director of Financial & Administrative, Planning and Control and Quality at PT Contact. Moreover, he was also responsible for Sales operations and client retention department from 2006 until 2008, as well as Contact Cabo Verde Board Member. António has a management degree from Catholic University of Lisbon. |

Luciana Cunha is the Business Planning & Analysis Manager. She holds a Master degree in Business from IBMEC (Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais) and a MBA degree in Finance from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) in Brazil. Luciana has 10 years experience in the Telecom Industry. She worked for 4 years at Telecom Italia Mobile, since its start-up in Brazil, first in the Finance Planning Department and later as a PMO in the President Staff. Her previous experiences were at Embratel and Claro in the Finance Department. |

Mariana Jordão is Strategic Advisor, working directly with Diogo Salvi in researching and executing cross-department and cross-firm strategic projects. Mariana joins from Media Capital, one of the largest Media conglomerates in Portugal where she spent almost 6 years. Her most recent role was as Marketing Manager at IOL.PT, Media Capital’s Internet/ISP business, where she previously worked as Account Director for online advertising sales. Mariana has a Marketing degree and an MBA from Universidade Católica in Lisbon. |

Ahmet Tosun is Country Manager for Kazakhstan. After being the Senior Channel Manager responsible for the company’s Turkey operation, Ahmet is now responsible for the development & growth of the services in Kazakhstan. Ahmet has experience in entertainment and young community management from UNI-co which he was one of the co-founders and has worked for 2 years. Before joining TIMwe, he has worked in Henkel, in the trade marketing team and has took part in special projects such as sales force automation. Ahmet has an Industrial Engineering degree from Sabanci University. |

Paulo worked for Embratel as Marketing Director. Before that, he was at PrimeSys for 5 years, as Director of several areas, starting with Marketing and Business Development department and Outsourcing Strategic department. During PrimeSys period, Paulo participated in the start-up project of this company in the Brazilian market. He has strong international marketing & business development experience having worked in Australia, India and the middle-east.
